5. Security Monitoring & Fraud Prevention

To protect our users, prevent fraud, resolve payment disputes, and maintain platform safety, Oraneum automatically collects the following technical data during account registration, login, payment attempts, and session activity:

• IP address — used to detect suspicious access patterns, support chargeback disputes, and assist in fraud investigations
• Browser and device information — including browser type, operating system, and device category (desktop/mobile/tablet)
• Payment attempt data — including amount, timestamp, and associated Stripe session identifiers
• Session activity records — including call/chat session metadata linked to your account

This data is accessible only to authorized Oraneum administrators and is used exclusively for fraud prevention, account security, chargeback and dispute resolution, and legal compliance. It is never shared with advisors, other users, or third parties for marketing purposes. Retention follows our standard data security practices and applicable law.

6. SMS Messaging & Consent

Oraneum offers an optional SMS notification program. Enrollment is voluntary, requires your express opt-in (a separate, unchecked consent box during registration), and is not a condition of creating an account, purchasing, or using any part of the Oraneum platform.

Message types. If you opt in, you may receive recurring messages such as: advisor session start and end updates, appointment reminders, wallet and billing activity notifications, and occasional promotional offers from Oraneum.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and preferences.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Oraneum does not charge for SMS messages.

Opt-out & help. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and will no longer send SMS messages to that number. For help, text HELP to any message, or contact us using the details below. You may also opt out by leaving the SMS consent box unchecked at registration or by emailing us at any time.

No effect on service. Opting out of, or declining, SMS messages will not affect your ability to register for, purchase, or use the Oraneum platform.

Account verification codes (separate). Any one-time security or login verification codes are sent only when you actively request them as part of a security action you initiate, and are separate from this optional SMS notification program.
