Oraneum provides psychic readings, tarot readings, mediumship, astrology, spiritual guidance, and related advisory services strictly for entertainment purposes only.
Information provided by advisors is not intended to replace professional medical, legal, financial, psychiatric, psychological, or other licensed professional advice. Advisors do not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, guarantee outcomes, or make legally binding predictions.
By using Oraneum, users acknowledge that all decisions and actions taken based on information received through the platform are their sole responsibility.
Users must be at least 18 years of age to access and use Oraneum services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Oraneum (operated by Valora Group LLC), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our platform.
2. Service Description
Oraneum provides psychic advisory services via phone calls, video calls, and chat messaging. Our advisors offer spiritual guidance, tarot readings, numerology, mediumship, and other metaphysical services. These services are for entertainment purposes and do not replace professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes
- Not harass, abuse, or threaten advisors or other users
- Respect intellectual property rights
4. Payment & Refunds
Services are billed at the agreed rate per minute. Your credit card is charged only for services rendered. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the session. Refunds may be denied if the advisor completed the requested service.
5. Advisor Agreement
Advisors are independent contractors. Oraneum does not guarantee advisor availability, accuracy, or outcomes. We reserve the right to remove advisors who violate our standards or legal requirements.
6. Limitation of Liability
Oraneum is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Your sole remedy is a refund of services paid. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 30 days.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms, illegal activity, or other conduct we deem inappropriate. Upon termination, your account data may be deleted.
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Valora Group LLC is incorporated. You agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration rather than court litigation.
9. SMS Messaging
By providing your phone number and registering on Oraneum, you consent to receive transactional SMS notifications related to your account, advisor sessions, wallet activity, verification codes, and support requests. This opt-in is voluntary and occurs at the time of registration.
- Message frequency: Varies based on your activity on the platform.
- Message & data rates: Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to any SMS to unsubscribe at any time.
- Help: Reply HELP to any SMS or email valoragroupdellc@gmail.com for assistance.
Oraneum does not send unsolicited promotional SMS messages. All messages are transactional in nature and directly related to your use of the platform.
9. Age Restriction
Users must be 18 years or older to use Oraneum. By registering, you confirm you meet this age requirement.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use indicates your acceptance of revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.
